Student Basic Data for Tablet / Smart Phone

The State Government, for the technological upgradation of the youth of Uttar Pradesh has decided to distribute Smart Phones / Tablets to students of Graduation and Post-Graduation. Therefore, you are requested to fill the details mentioned in the Google Form carefully by 13^th November, 2021 so that the details may then be sent to the concerned authority. In case, students are not able to fill the form in time, the college will not be held responsible.
