Examination Notice December 2016

Fill the Examination form online at http://exam.npgc.in and Make payment of ₹ 500/- towards LMC Taxes online / offline. Examination form submission process will not be complete till the payment is deposited. Enter your roll no for user id and latest fee receipt no as password. Read the instructions carefully pay ₹ 500 /- online / offline. Back paper and Exempted Examination forms will be submitted only offline on the concerned faculty counters.

NOTE: First Year Students will have to submit Enrolment form offline additionally along with two copies of High school and intermediate mark sheet.

Last Date for submission of Examination Form online and payment is 5th November, 2016. Late fee of Additional ₹ 500/- will be payable from 6th November, 2016 to 10th November, 2016 for submission of Examination form. Late fees of ₹ 2000/- shall be charged on 11th and 12th November, 2016 for submitting Examination form. Examination Forms will not be accepted under any circumstance after 12th November, 2016.

Instructions Available Online

Before filling the form
You must log on to exam.npgc.in where your Roll No is ID and your latest fee receipt no is your password. You must also have a valid and active e-mail ID and mobile number.

During filling the form
Verify all the details. In Case of any error, contact at the concerned faculty Support Staff on the Counter or Mail us at support@npgc.in. Upload your Passport Size Photograph in JPEG Format (less than 50 KB) and your Signatures in JPEG Format (less than 20 KB).

After uploading of Photo & Signature for payment online/offline
Choose payment method online / offline. if you choose to make payment of ₹ 500 towards LMC taxes, you will be redirected to the payment gateway. On successful payment you will receive a confirmation message with Payment ID. The same page would also be sent to your mail.
If you choose to pay ₹ 500 offline, you will be issued a reference ID confirming successful submission of your examination form without payment. You are required to go to the concerned faculty counter and pay ₹ 500 by cash / demand draft / debit/credit card and get your payment ID. Admit cards may then be downloaded and printed after 09th November, 2016
